Ace 2 is showing parent's email notifications

Text messages, facebook messages, etc are not going to my daughter's ACE 2.  However, she is seeing my email notifications coming to her fitbit.  Notifications are all turned off in Kid View Settings as well as within the ACE 2 option as well.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand your concern and would like to advise that the Ace 2 can show only call notifications. Since you've already turned off notifications in the app and in quick settings on Ace 2, I recommend restarting the tracker and making sure it is syncing. You can confirm the steps to sync the tracker in
