Ace 2 kid view crashes the app

Fitbit just released ver.3.39.2 2 days ago and only requires iOS 12.12 minimum. My iOS is 14.4.1 and every time I try to access Kid View for my daughter to use her Ace2 the app crashes. I troubleshoot it on 3 different devices now and the result is always the same.

Hope this helps.
