Hi
I bought two Ace 2 kids trackers for my kids and my daughters has been on zero all day and wont move. We are in a challenge and she is winning . How can I fix the device without erasing her acheievments? These are new fitbits only week old why is this occuring?

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been experiencing with your daughter's Ace 2 not counting steps.
Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried to restart the tracker following the steps listed here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? You shouldn't loose any data by performing a restart and it should be of help with this type of problems. It's possible the device or the screen is frozen with the same information.
