With today’s app update, I can no longer see my daughter’s Ace 2 on the app. My only option is to click “create family acct” and when I do, I get a pop-up saying a family acct already exists and doesn’t give me any option to go from parent view to kid view. Any help?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. If you've already tried to log out of the app, force quit the Fitbit app and restart the phone, I recommend to uninstall and reinstall the app.
