Ace 2 not celebrating 10,000 steps

Hi! I bought my son a new Ace 2 and set it up, yesterday he was at 8,000 steps when it randomly started over on him. Then today he worked so hard to get to 10,000 steps and he did but it didn’t do anything? Does this version Fitbit not have that feature?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ninakellycakes. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son's new Ace 2 didn't celebrate when your son reached his daily activity goal. Ace 2 should vibrate and show a celebration when your son reaches his daily goal. I recommend confirming that your son's Ace 2 is paired correctly to the Fitbit family account and is syncing. You can find the steps to set up and sync the tracker in this help article: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?

For more information about Fitbit goals, please see this help article: Which Fitbit daily activity goals can I set as my primary goal?

Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
