My son had a fit bit ace2 brought for Xmas and I am not impressed by it at all!
The sleep is not displaying on the device itself and has only done so once since him using it. The parent part of the app (on my phone, not my sons) is pretty much useless.
I have done the reset and changed the clock face. I am getting beyond frustrated. I now remember why I moved away from Fitbit. Please can someone from Fitbit get in touch with a solution in a timely manner.
