Has anybody managed to find a fix for Ace 2 sleep tile showing grey, and not showing sleep duration. I've tried re syncing, changing clock face , all what's been mentioned before.

Hi @Cookie27, thank you for your reply.
I appreciate your efforts and would like to confirm if the Ace 2 is tracking sleep? Do you see your child's sleep log on the app?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
