Hi I have recently Brought the Fitbit Ace 2 but I'v tried everything I could. I even tried factory reseting it but that didn't work. So please can somebody help me.

Please let me know what troubleshooting steps you tried besides the factory reset in order to avoid providing the same information.
If you haven't done so, try a regular restart in order to fix this issue. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article.

Hi. I'm experiencing exactly the same. Prior day steps are not being saved. Activity is at zero. Sleep is disabled (grey). The App has no history apart from today's steps despite my LO wearing it for 3 days new. Please help. It's currently a disappointing Christmas present. I have done a reset (connect to charger, hold for 5 seconds).
