Since last few days my sons Ace2 not tracking sleep. Restarted watch.  my phone is upto date . What to do

@Risray, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your son's Fitbit Ace 2 since it's not tracking his sleep even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums. Please make sure of the following details:

 

  •  Your son's device is positioned correctly on his wrist:
  • Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on his wrist
