Recently, I purchased the Fitbit Ace 2 for my 11 year old son because I am unable to set up other devices for a child under 13. I specifically need to track his sleep for his doctor and the sleep tracking is NOT working at all. The icon is greyed out on the tracker itself and no sleep stats are available through the app after syncing either. I have restarted the device several times, tried unsyncing and resyncing it, switching hands, etc. Nothing has worked. Please advise.
