Ace 2 not tracking swimming

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I bought the Ace2 for my daughter as it was supposed to automatically track swimming as well as steps.

But it doesn't- I can't find anywhere to switch on swimming as I did for my charge 2.

Have I missed something?

@WrightyJo welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding your inquiry about the swimming tracking, I'm afraid to tell you that the Ace 2 doesn't track swimming. It's waterproof only.

Please visit this page and select the Ace 2 so you can check out a chart of of the features available for this Fitbit device.

We bought two with advertising stating swim proof, we had expected tracking of the activity at least.
90 minutes swimming didn’t even capture increased activity, the boys love them but were really disappointed when their most physical activities don’t count.

I’m also disappointed that the watch doesn’t track swimming as my little lady swims regularly as unable to track her lengths why make a watch waterproof to swim in when you can’t even track it!

It is really disappointing that Ace 2 does not track swimming activity. Cheaper trackers do so. My kids swim very frequently, this is really poor functionality

hiya same with mine but it says on the app to track your swimming in meteres or yards but it doesn't tell me how many meteres my daughter swam but anyway it is great and my daughter loves hitting ten thousand steps
