I have tried by all means via my family account to set the notification warning to start prépare bedtime. I have synced with the ace 2 , rebooted and what more. The wake up alarm functions, but the bedtime notification not at all.

Hi, @Wolfje , I should say that I am not sure my answer is going to be helpful, because I do not have an Ace 2. However, I have checked the user manual. I know the Ace 2 can send notifications, but it does not seem completely clear that it can send the Sleep notifications.
Hopefully you will get. an official Fitbit response, but since I know that the Ace 2 is meant to get alarms, I wonder if, instead of relying on the sleep notification, you might want to try simply setting an alarm for your child’s sleep time - or maybe two alarms - one for start getting ready for bed, and one for being in bed.
Unfortunately, at this point you cannot name alarms... So you might have to explain to your child that (just for example) at 8 pm an alarm will sound, and that means make sure your teeth are brushed and your pjs on, and your homework is done and you have saved all your levels on your games, or are almost finished the chapter in your book... Then another alarm at 8:30 (for example) - and you can tell your child that the 2nd alarm means lights off.
If you have a Fitbit yourself, you can set the same alarms, so you can remind your child what the alarms mean.
I appreciate this may not be a perfect solution, and, as I said, I don’t know for sure what is available on the Ace 2 (except for reading the manual), but hopefully this helps!
