Ace 2 request not showing in the app

Hello I am trying to set up my sons fitbit account. My mum and friend have tried to add him and I got the emails saying as I am the guardian I have to authorise the requests. When I click the link on the email it takes me to the fitbit app but there are no requests showing. Please can someone help? Thanks
