Ace 2 says No Data on sleep screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The device says No Data on the sleep screen when synced with the phone. The app is showing all the correct data, but the sleep part isn’t getting synced back to the Fitbit. It only synced the first time and then not again. I have tried changing clock faces, I have made sure the app is up to date and I have also tried restarting the Fitbit. Hopefully you are able to help me resolve the issue please?

This question about the “No Data” showing for sleep stats was asked in September 2020, ten months or so ago. Many others have had the same problem, and it doesn’t seem that there is a solution forthcoming from “escalating” the problem or telling people to update their firmware or change clock faces. Unfortunately many of us will likely purchase another brand that just works like it’s supposed to (or gets fixed in a timely manner). What brand would you recommend instead of Fitbit?

When I first got Fitbit ace 2 for my kid he said he was experiencing the same problem but 2 months on it was fine! It must be some sort of bug 🐜 in the syncing system hope I it is sorted out soon for you

Since the last I posted I saw the sleep data appeared 1x on my son’s tracker last week. After that it’s still the same. Honestly I don’t know how it works anymore.Do daily my kids will come and ask me how long they sleep and I will check on my phone and tell them.

As @LiliyaFitbit report the development team is at work to identify the problem "as soon as possible".

I want only to highlight.that the issue is the same that hit randomly fitbit devices starting from Charge 3 and then on Charge 4 and Inspire 2 regardless the phone (and OS version associated). For example, paired with my Pixel 4, my son's Ace 3 doesn't have this issue but my Charge 4, fully updated, has it.

Frankly speaking i don't think the problem.will ever be resolved, consider that they even didn't bother to solve the 12/24 hours visualization bug and it is frankly embarrassing.

I have had this problem as well but I found a solution about a week ago.

To see your sleep on your Fitbit, you have to go to the Fitbit app and swipe down on the home page. It will then say, “syncing with your Fitbit…”

When I tried this I could see my sleep time on my Fitbit (ace 3). The only downside is that I have to do this every day. It’s not much of a hindrance but it would be helpful if they could fix that.

hope this works for you:)

With all respect @LiliyaFitbit this problem is hitting Ace 3, Ace 2, Inspire 2, Charge 4 and Charge 3 since the release of Charge 3 and it's 2 years you and your colleagues are saying your team is investigating....

I have the same problem with my Charge 3, 4 and now also my kid's Ace 3 (was working until few weeks ago, now no longer).

@LiliyaFitbit the problem is affecting also Luxe as per some reports, I think your team should work harder because this bug is inherited since Charge 3.

This is ridiculous reading through all of this forum. My sons brand new 3 just opened has the same issue. Looks like nothing was resolved in over 2 years!!??
