We have three Ace 2 devices and one of them will wake the screen on a single tap even though the double tap setting is on. The other two devices require a double tap. Any troubleshooting tips? I have already tried clearing user data and restarting the device.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend checking if the tracker has the "Screen Wake" setting turned on: press and hold the button on Ace 2 to access quick settings. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information about the Ace 2 display, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
