Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bgiselle.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing your concern about setting an alarm on the Ace 2. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback as this helps us to keep improving. I would like to confirm that at the moment, you need to use the Fitbit app in order to set and delete alarms. The alarms can be set directly on Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa series. The alarms can be turned on or off directly on Ace 2 in the Alarms app.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HiCands.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about setting up alarms for the Ace 2 trackers. I am glad to help. First, switch from parent view to kid view:
1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Tap your child’s name.
4. Tap Switch to Kid View.
5. After that tap your kid's profile > tracker image > alarms > set a new alarm and save.
You can set and delete alarms in the Fitbit app: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device? Turn alarms on or off directly on Ace 2 in the Alarms app.
I'll be around if you need further help.

Thank you for the update, @HiCands.
I am glad to continue assisting you. If you're on your child's dashboard, please tap the profile picture at the upper left corner, then tap Ace 2 and look for Alarms where you can set a new alarm.
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

I see that alarms are installed, but every time my daughter goes to set an alarm on her Ace 2, it doesn’t allow her to do so and says, “add alarms in Fitbit mobile app”. She wants to be able to set and manipulate her own alarms. I don’t want to have to go into the app, switch to kid mode, and then set the alarm every time. I believe the previous person was asking the same question and it was being answered properly.

I want to add several alarms to remind my child during the day (not just wake up and bedtime alarms) - can we set the Ace2 up to save multiple alarms? I have found the alarm app but it does not seem to work.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Cat_Wolfcat.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing your concern about adding several alarms. I appreciate the additional details and I am glad to assist you. Alarms vibrate to awake or alert you at a time you set. It's possible to set up to 8 alarms to occur once or on multiple days of the week. You can set and delete alarms in the Fitbit app, and turn alarms on or off directly on Ace 2 in the Alarms app.
For more information about alarms, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
