I have bought a Ace 2 for each of my kids. I can see sleep tracking info for both of them in the app, but on the devices themselves, my son's shows only a greyed out moon icon with a line beneath, and my daughter's doesn't have a moon icon at all - only steps and activity. I've tried restarting and changing the clock faces (as suggested on other threads) but to no avail. Please help!

Thank you for getting back to me and for escalating to the support team. Just an update - my daughter's Fitbit now shows the moon symbol, but as with my son's it is greyed out and you can only see sleep tracking info in the app.

My daughters ace 2 has a greyed out moon and will not track her sleep anymore. Can someone please help with this?
