Just bought my kid an Ace 2 for his birthday. Charged it completely. But when I go to power on, I get a smiley face and then the Fitbit logo with fitbit.com/setup website scrolling across the bottom. I have held the power button down to restart it multiple times now, however I receive the same message and never powers on. Please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Neil0911.
I am glad to help you with the new Ace 2 tracker which is showing a smiley face and then the Fitbit logo. I understand how you are feeling, thank you for trying to resolve this.
If the tracker is charged, I recommend following the steps to set up the Ace 2: How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Thank you for the information. For some reason when I was doing it earlier, the App on my phone wasn't working right. But I retried it and I got it to work. Thank you!
