Bought ace 2 for Xmas for my son. I have tried to set it up but it gets a white line across the screen. I have reset it twice (holding button down) and started setup again. Every time I enter the code shown on the device during set up a white line appears across the screen. It’s so frustrating particularly as curry’s is now shut due to lockdown so can’t take it back for a refund!
