Ace 2 sleep and cheers don’t work

We have two Fitbit Ace 2 watches for my daughters. It’s really exciting for them to have these watches, unfortunately we have had so many issues with them. At the moment, we are working on getting the sleep tracking to display on the watch. The option is grayed out, and info only available on my phone via the app. Cheers don’t seem to work at all - maybe they only show up on the phone. One of the watches constantly resets after every charge so time is incorrect and needs to be resynced. It’s frustrating that features we purchased the watch for - don’t work!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kiwijojo.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 2.

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these steps.

In addition, you can set it up as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1635886466763.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Ace 2 can show call notifications from your phone to keep you informed but it doesn't receive cheers and our team doesn't currently have plans to release this feature. If there is any change, it should be communicated in this Feature Suggestion.
