Ace 2 sleep greyed out on device

Hi there, I'm starting another thread for what seems like a widespread issue as the resolution seems to happen offline via a technician ticket so I've not yet seen a workable solution on the community threads. 
I have bought an Ace 2, it is tracking sleep but not displaying the data on the device.  I have restarted, reset, resynced, changed the clock face, etc all to no avail.
