Ace 2 - sleep info on watch dull/not showing

30/5/2020 - We have a new Ace 2 and the sleep from the first night is on the app in Kid View but the icon/info on the watch is dull & cannot he accessed. Looking on the community, this has been an issue for some time. What should we do to resolve it as there seems to be little feedback from Fitbit?

I have reset the actual watch but it is still dull. The Fitbit iPhone app says it is fully up to date but then asks for an update for Ace 2, directs you the App Store but then again states that it is already up to date - going round in circles.

I am sorry to hear the sleep icon and information on the Ace 2 is dull and cannot be accessed. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I understand your concern and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Please confirm the steps to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change the clock face:  
  • With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

Please also log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in.
