Ace 2 sleep screen says No Data but is correctly syncing with app

Hi,

 

My son's Ace 2 has stopped showing the amount of time he's sleeping. When scrolling to that option on his watch, the icon is dark and says "No Data". The watch is correctly paired to my phone and sync'ing. The sleep data is also correctly showing on my phone app.

 

To confirm, I've already tried the following steps provided in another post but this hasn't resolved the issue. Please advise what else I can try.

 

  1. Restart the tracker.
  2. Change the clock face:  
  • With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2. Sync the tracker.
