Can you get the app on Chromebook? If not, I tried looking at child view on the web, but I don't know how?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @arandomperson1.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. You can connect Ace 2 to an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone to transfer (or sync) data to the Fitbit app, where you and your child can see the stats in kid view, participate in challenges, and more. To verify that your device is compatible with the Fitbit app, go to fitbit.com/devices. You can switch to kid view by following the steps at How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?
For more information about setting up and syncing the Ace 2, see How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?
Hope this helps!
