My son's Ace 2 stopped celebrating 10,000 step goal after 3 days of having it. I restarted device multiple times (daily), removed and added device back to the app and nothing. It vibrates for everything else but no celebration and vibration for 10,000 step goal. We only have the device for 2 weeks.

Looks like the only thing that work for us was a change of the clock face. As I mentioned above, I did restart and re-added the clock multiple times - that did not solve the problem. All the settings are correct. It is still randomly doesn't buzz at 10,000. When it becomes a pattern again we'll try another clock face

Hi @MomRosie, thank you for your reply.
I am glad to hear that changing a clock face helped you resolve the issue. I understand that the tracker still randomly doesn't buzz at 10,000. I recommend to monitor the tracker's behavior and let me know if you continue experiencing this difficulty. Thank you for posting the update here, I really appreciate your time and efforts.
