Ace 2 stopped recording sleep

Earlier this week my son’s screen changed the format on the app (my daughters and mine remained the same) and now my sons sleep isn’t being tracked. It will only let me “start a sleep cycle” but I can’t exit out of that screen without “deleting the sleep log”. I can also manually enter a sleep log. But I was most interested in my sons sleep patterns (asleep versus restless versus awake during the night). My daughters and mine is still tracking fine and we’re all on the same app; I’m set up as their “guardians”. How do I get it to go back to the old format?? I also don’t like the simplicity of the new format; there’s not as much detail overall. I have screenshots for examples if there is a way to add them somehow?

@Blueyedmom welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since it has been changed on your son's screen.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, restart your son's Fitbit Ace as described in this help article. After this, monitor your son's sleep and see if the information gets synced and the view of the app goes normal.

 

As you mentioned, some screenshots will help me to review the issue better. Please follow the steps listed in this thread in order to learn how to add images to your posts.
