Ace 2 to inspire for tracking miles?

I’ve heard you can convert an Ace 2 to an inspire. Does the process for this enable the device to track miles? I’m a little irritated that the ace 2 won’t track miles.

@A_Wilhelm The Ace and the Inspire are completely separate devices; you cannot convert the Ace.  

I, too, would like distance shown on the Ace2. Please vote for this idea on the feature suggestion board Here .
