Ace 2 turns on only when plugged in

Son’s FitBit Ace 2 only turns on when plugged in. Have charged for hours, it does turn on when on charging device; turns to black screen as soon as not attached.

Hi @zleht,

 

Can he tap the device at all and see if it will wake up?  If it does, then the device is acting normally.  If not, then there is something wrong with the device, in which case you need to contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) to see what your options are.
