Ace 2 watch pops out of band

Watch is popping out of band when my son moves his wrist a certain way. Is this normal? He keeps putting everything back in his backpack but one of these days, he’s going to lose it!!

@JaymesCoop welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Ace 2 since it pops out of the wristband.

Please follow the steps below in order to adjust the Ace 2 tracker in the band properly:

1. Hold the tracker with the back facing you and the button on the right.
2. Hold the wristband with the back opening facing you and the button insert on the right.
3. Place the top of the tracker into the flexible wristband opening and gently push the bottom of the tracker into place. Ace 2 is secure when all edges of the wristband lie flat against the tracker.
