Ace 2 water damage

I thought this was waterproof, she has worn it in water must be the third time since Christmas and this time it’s stopped working properly. Just get the clock all other features and syncing gone. I can see a condensation line inside. It’s in a bowl of rice just now. What has happened 😞 any idea what to do. It’s only a few weeks old.

Great thinking putting it in a bowl of rice @Aurabelle ! Let it stay there for about 48 hours, then clean all the connectors on it and charge it. Do a restart of the device and then let us know what happens. If you don't get it working again, do get with support.

It’s out the rice, was in for a cpl days then charged. It scrolled for a bit then stops.  I think I reset it? Held button down for 5 whilst on charge and let it go to the smiley face?  It’s still not scrolling. I’ve changed the clock face to one that brings up steps and I can tap through them on the clock so it knows finger touch. Just not scroll. Will get on to support tomorrow
