My Daughters Ace 2 has suddenly stopped working.
Overnight the display doesn't do anything.
It has been on charge, the Android App will sync with it and says it is 100% charged.
Have followed the restart steps to plug in, leave on and hold the button for 5 seconds.
It vibrates when plugged in, vibrates when the button is pushed but still no display.
It's only 2 days old (Xmas present)
