Got my son this for Christmas it charged and I set it up, once it died we tried to charge again and have not been able to get it to turn back on. It appears it is still dead, cleaned off both the charger and watch and it still won't charge. Is this a dud?

Hi I have tried all troubleshooting and it wStill will not work, it has been unusable in over a month and he only received this on Christmas.
