I've tried all the tips given here, have restarted and cleaned both the charger and fitbit. Won't turn on or charge. Got this for my son for Christmas and he has used it less than 3 times. Very disappointing.

Reached out the support team for the same issue, who do nothing more than sending the same available on forums information again. Poor product and even worst product support!!! Did not even try to investigate the issue, very disappointing!!! Will make sure to review the product and the appalling support so that others do not suffer the same problem.
