My daughter's Ace 2 won't charge. Any advice on how to fix this? I have used different chargers and different plugs. Thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @FloraM. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried different chargers and plugs in order to charge your daughter's Ace 2.
Please try the solutions below:
Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
If the Ace 2 is new you may need to connect it to the account before it shows a battery sign.
Thank you for your assistance @Odyssey13.
