My son just got an Ace 2 yesterday for his birthday.

I tried for hours yesterday and now this morning to get this darn thing to update and it just won't.  It fails every single time.

I already searched to forums and see many others have had this issue.  I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions.  Nothing.

My son is very disappointed and I am very frustrated.

Help!

Nevermind. After posting, we finally got it to update.  My son is excited and I am relieved 😂😂😂
