Ace 2 won’t connect to iPhone 6

My daughter’s Ace 2 was connected to my wife’s phone as a child account and working fine. I then disconnected the Ace 2 and now trying to connect to her iPhone 6 a iOS 12. For some reason the phone won’t recognize the Fitbit...yet my wife’s phone still does. The iPhone 6 Bluetooth works fine, Any idea how to solve it?

@Amir_R welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2 since it's not connecting to her iPhone 6.

Please make sure that you are logging to the Fitbit app on her iPhone 6 by using the email and password of the Family account's main guardian. After this, go to kid's view and see if the Ace 2 syncs to her phone properly.

In case the issue persists, make sure that the iPhone 6 has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, make sure that your wife's phone is not near since the Ace 2 is probably recognizing your wife's phone and not your daughter's phone.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
