Ace 2 won't move past the white line during setup

This is my 3rd post for help!

I have followed the threads, turned the fitbit Ace 2 off, tried to install the app on my iPad and used internet explorer/Microsoft to upload the app on my laptop.

I have now spent about 3 hours trying to work this product for kids.

I still have the same problem.  I can not move past the white line of set up, I can not access any of the apps - the clock, alarms & trackers on the fitbit.

It either has the setup notification or a while line.

I now thinking it is faulty as there are hundreds of posts where others have the same issue.

I thought being a product marketed to kids, the set up would be more than simple enough.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Joce1970.

I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and feedback. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences and your comments are always welcome. Firmware updates are no longer supported on Windows 10 and I recommend using your iPad to set up and update the tracker. To confirm the steps to set up the tracker, see How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices? You can follow the steps from this help article if you continue experiencing difficulties.

Let me know how it goes.
