Hi trying to set up my sons Fitbit on my app for first time and it is saying my Fitbit app needs to be updated before I can do so but there is no update available? Can anyone help please?

Hi @jayne1501  it could be the phone you're using isn't compatible. I have an older phone I use for streaming radio and it's now too old to get the app that does as much as my newer phone's app. When we set up, we can only get the app that Google or Apple has for that particular phone's operating system. Might that be the problem? If so, is there any way you can set up on your own phone?
