Created a family account through the app on my phone. Added my son's Ace 2 device. It is fully charged and says it is synced but nothing will come up on the screen. Originally it gave me the code to set up and showed a confirmation once i entered the code. Now there is just a line on the screen and i've tried adding a clock through the app and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device---cant get anything to come up on the screen. HELP!

And that worked for me, after one or two goes.
The Ace 2 needs to update, and it seems to work better via the app I used on the phone instead of the one on the pc.
Had to keep watching it though, as the first time my phone screen timed out and that seemed to mess up the install.
Have you another device you could use to set it up with Kyndall?
