Hi my daughters Fitbit ace which she got at Christmas is not working ! The time is always wrong on it and it won’t count her steps . I have tried to restart but that function isn’t working either !

I am sorry to hear your daughter's Ace 2 tracker is showing the incorrect time and won't count the steps. I would like to confirm if these are the steps you tried to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
I also recommend syncing the tracker as it should resolve the issue with the incorrect time. You can confirm the steps to sync the tracker at How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
