Ace 2 won't sync with my phone

Out of nowhere,  my kid's ace2 won't sync with my phone.  Restarted app and still nothing

I am sorry to hear your kid's Ace 2 stopped syncing with your phone. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Reboot your phone and restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and try to sync the tracker. You can confirm the steps in this help article: How do I sync Ace or Ace 2 with my device?
