Ace 2 won't sync with my phone

I have tried everything, reinstalling the app, restarting the watch. My sons ace 2 is fine but not my 6 year old daughters. I have been through to live chat who aparantly can't help and say I'm awaiting an email from a specialist team... Which never arrives.  I go through the process and it says device is found but the watch doesn't show the four digits to link... Any support would be appreciated. Thanks

@Sweetzebs Make sure you are no where near your sons device when setting up your daughters.  I literally took the my first device outside to the mailbox and came back inside to set up the second one and that was successful.
