Haved tried the reset and it has been charging for 24hrs and still won’t turn on.
Battery died last week and when plugged in Saturday it heated up more than normal. We unplugged, let it cool and replugged which it didn’t seem to heat up the second time. Son has only had less than a month.

@HaseeA welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Ace since it won't turn on or take a charge even though you have restarted it and charged it for 24 hours before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and comes back to life.
