Hi. My son got an Ace 2 for Christmas and we tried set up this morning. It was on for a while and we synced it with the app but then suddenly it switched off and we’ve not been able to get it back on. It’s been on the charger for well over 2 hours and I’ve tried resetting numerous times. Screen is black - not display or vibration. I’ve tried a different charger as my daughter also has one but still nothing.
what to do next?

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Ace 2 since it's not turning on or taking a charge. I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.
Please try cleaning the contacts of the Ace 2 and charger. After this, try charging the tracker through a different USB port for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
