super frustrating! My son got ace 2 for Christmas we set up the family account and set up the device it works just fine while on the charger but when take it off the charger nothing...no display and doesn't record anything!!! We wore it sledding today to test it out and he was excited to see how many steps he got but it tracked nothing! Its 100% charged syncs to the tablet im at a loss
