Ace 2 won’t turn on

Ace 2 went flat and now on charge. App saying fully charged buts it’s not turning on but just vibrates when I press the button??!! Help.........

My son’s Fitbit is having the same issue. Try to reset and still not working. What else can I do?

My daughter's fitbit ace2 is doing the same. It is fully charged but the screen is black and only does a small vibrate when the button is pushed.  We've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions.

Hi I am having the exact same problems with my girls Ace 2 there is nothing on screen batter is fine and app is working....watch jus vibrates wen put on charge or button pressed have tried the steps mentioned and it has t worked can I have further advice please as this was only purchased in July for a birthday gift....its a month old!

We are having the same issue, for the second time after Fitbit sent us a new one. Very frustrating!
