My son has an Ace for just under a year now. It’s screen has gone black despite us charging it and attempting the posted steps to restart it. It simply stays black and vibrates when we push or hold down the one button it has on the side. From what I’ve read here, we’ve tried all suggestions and need advanced help. Can someone assist us?
