Ace 2 won’t turn on

My son has an Ace for just under a year now. It’s screen has gone black despite us charging it and attempting the posted steps to restart it. It simply stays black and vibrates when we push or hold down the one button it has on the side. From what I’ve read here, we’ve tried all suggestions and need advanced help. Can someone assist us?

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace 2 won't turn on. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you've already tried the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

I also recommend trying to change a clock face:  

 

  • With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.
