Ace 2 won't vibrate on celebration

My daughter received an Ace 2 as a gift today but it didn't vibrate when she reached her step goal and so she is really disappointed. How do I get the vibrate to work?

@Renall7 Make sure you have Steps selected as the Main Goal for the Ace. To check, go to the Child’s Account and tap on Ace and then scroll down to find “Main Goal”.
