Ace 2 won't vibrate when daily steps goal is achieved

I have reset, checked notifications, deleted the app and searched all forums. It vibrates for alarms, timer and the 250 steps per hour though. Please Help!!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the Fitbit Ace 2 tracker won't vibrate when the daily steps goal is achieved. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue and letting me know that the tracker vibrates for alarms, timer and hourly goals. In order to investigate the issue I would like to confirm if you see the celebration on the tracker when the daily steps goal is achieved? Is the goal set to 10,000 steps per day?

Yes, the celebration on the tracker does occur, with no vibration. We have also tried changing different step goals ie 10,000 to 8,000 but no change. Furthermore, to make things complicated, I can confirm that it has buzzed in the past, it seems to only work every second or third day...

I’m having this same issue with my sons Fitbit ace 2. I’ve also done everything listed and it vibrates for everything but when he reaches his step goal. Please help! I’ve got a disappointed boy 😞

My daughter has same problem i've tried changing steps but does nothing to celebrate her goal steps . Very disapointed in this .

My son's Ace 2 also doesn't vibrate when he reaches his goal. He was excited for it but this is kind of a downer.
