Ace 2 won't wake up when my son moves his wrist

Is the Ace supposed to display when my son moves his wrist like my Versa does?  From what I’ve read on the instructions, it seems like it is, but his does not.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about your son's Ace 2 not turning on when he turns his wrist. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend confirming if the Screen Wake setting is turned on: press and hold the button and tap Screen Wake. Tap the icon to adjust the setting. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

You can also try restarting the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
